Examining the Effect of Performance Evaluation on Employee Job Satisfaction in a Federal Government Agency in Nigeria

The study examined the extent to which Performance Evaluation affects employee job satisfaction in a federal government agency Nigeria. This adopts quantitative technique as primary data was gathered through validated instrument. approach relied on total enumeration sampling technique, with Population equal sample size (275). inferential statistical tool is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (Smart PLS-SEM) version adopted analyze data. results revealed that Adj R2=0.254; p=0.000, Q2 =0.164). Findings also showed performance evaluation significantly influenced agency. recommended agency's leadership should create conducive work environment and integrate system will boost for higher level of performance.
